Isolationshaft gegen Mumia Abu-Jamal aufgehoben:
 
Nach über sechs Wochen ist der afro-amerikanische Journalist und
politische Gefangene Mumia Abu-Jamal aus der Isolationshaft im SCI
Mahanoy entlassen und in den sog. „Normalvollzug“ verlegt worden. Dem
vorausgegangen waren zahlreiche Beschwerden, Unterschriftensammlungen
und eine Protestkundgebung vor dem Büro des zuständigen Gefängnisbeamten.

Mumia ist nach SCI Mahanoy verlegt worden (siehe untere Nachricht des
New Yorker Free Mumia Bündnisses). Er wird dort vermutlich auch in den
„Normalvollzug“ verlegt.
SCI Mahonoy ist in Pennsylvania.
 
Es wird gebeten, dort anzurufen, um den Behörden deutlich zu machen,
