Mai, nachdem er von einem Beamten des Abschiebezentrums von Van im Osten der Türkei geschlagen worden sein soll. Weitere Asylsuchende, die den Vorfall beobachtet haben, sind nun in Gefahr, nach Afghanistan abgeschoben zu werden.

Ashraf O. ist Muslim und sollte vergangene Woche abgeschoben werden. Laut dem Dublin-Abkommen muss er sein Asylverfahren in Ungarn durchlaufen. Dazu kam es aber nicht. Er erhielt „Kirchenasyl“ von der jüdischen Gemeinde Pinneberg.
